Todd is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for startups and a talent for transforming them into established businesses. With more than a decade of security management experience, he specializes in change management, corporate branding, and human asset development. Before transitioning into the security industry, Todd spent nearly ten years in finance and marketing, working with multimillion-dollar brands and startups. Now, he focuses on scaling profitable security companies, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and long-term success.

Chief Operations Officer
Damien has over 30 years of executive experience in protective services, crisis recovery, security management, investigations, and intelligence operations across government, private, and international sectors. A former United States Marine Military Policeman and Texas police officer, he spent over seven years living, training, and working alongside foreign host country security forces and more than four years managing security for the prime security contractor of a Latin American financial institution. He holds a postgraduate certificate in Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and has served for two years as a technical committee member of the Board of Executive Protection, advocating for tighter, well-defined standards in executive protection.

Operations Officer
Grant has over 16 years of experience in protective services. A former Marine infantryman, he served as both a team leader and squad leader. He has extensive training in executive protection, tactical combat casualty care, security driving, vehicle dynamics, and recovery measures. Known for his professionalism and commitment to excellence, Grant has successfully organized complex special events and provided security for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and C-suite executives.
